Having outgrown their serviced office and looking for a home to put their stamp on, Milberg initially approached us whilst shortlisting potential properties. By giving valuable insights into each space - efficiencies of floor plate, associated fit out costs etc – we assisted Milberg with a thorough evaluation each option, which helped lead the decision to proceed with Farringdon Road and our eventual appointment to undertake the project as a turnkey package.
The dual aspect ‘penthouse suite’, with its far-reaching views across the City of London, certainly helps their space to achieve the ‘wow’ factor. But with a need to delineate the open plan desking, section off areas for daily meetings and provide space for the hosting of regular internal and external events, a creative solution was still required. With some clever space planning - that had to work around the existing services – and the use of a folding glass partitioning system, we were able to meet the client’s various spatial requirements whilst also preserving the stunning outlook.
